Our Proven Sports Performance Program is intense training in Power, Speed, Agility, Coordination, flexibility, strength, and conditioning. Designed specifically for athletes preparing for the upcoming season, gaining an advantage in the off-season or keeping their skills sharp during the season. Our program pushes athletes hard and makes them faster, stronger and more agile than they ever thought possible. Open to any teenager 12-18 that is interested in getting and EDGE this Summer.
