My CrossFit journey first started in 2013, when it was mandatory that our high school softball team go to class twice a week together. I was immediately hooked and loved the idea of always having a different workout to complete. From there, I continued CrossFit every summer when I would return home from college, as well as continuing strength training 5 days a week while being a collegiate athlete. Upon graduating college – I realized that getting to help people work on their goals through the means of fitness, was a huge reason why I found myself at the gym more often than not. I have since completed my L1 Class and plan on to pursue my L2 in the near future. CrossFit continually allows me to push not only my own boundaries through fitness, but also others and aide in them achieving things they never thought possible.
