Free Intro Session
The intro session is a requirement for all potential members at CFE94.
The intro is designed to build a relationship with your new coach, talk about your goals, get a tour of the gym, learn about CrossFit, learn about our program and complete CrossFit's most popular workout… "Baseline."
The intro workout is designed to challenge you and set a Baseline for your fitness .
This workout is a time-based chipper with 5 different movements: Rowing, Squats, Sit Ups, Push Ups, and Burpees. All movements are scalable to fit your current needs. At the end of the intro session, you will be presented with the membership options allowing you to choose which is best for you.
