Cassandra Bradin
Personal Trainer

My passion for this work began with my own personal transformation. One day, (and much like many other people, it was after many prior attempts and failures), I made a commitment to myself to try to become the best version of myself that I could, and it literally changed my whole life. The path I embarked upon and the new lifestyle I created for myself finally stuck, and it made me feel amazing. I originally lost 30 pounds of fat and then later gained approximately 20 pounds of muscle. I had energy. I felt strong. I became way more confident, less stressed, and so much happier as a person.

I still work on that commitment I made to myself everyday. Very quickly, I realized that I wanted to do everything I could to bring those feelings and life changes to anyone else who was ready to start their own journey.

I left my 11-year “desk job”, and immersed myself in the world of fitness and nutrition. I enrolled in NASM's (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Personal Training program and obtained my certification as a CPT (certified personal trainer) in 2013. As I worked on my certification, I began looking for things to push myself harder in my own training and discovered CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting. I immediately fell in love with the results as well as the community and acquired my certifications in those fields as well. (CrossFit L1-2013, CrossFit Kids-2015, USAW L1-2015, USAW L2-2018)

Teaching and helping people to find and reach their full potential is something I am fiercely passionate about. It is an absolute honor to be able to work with each new person who crosses my path. EVERYone has a right to live a healthy life and EVERYone has that potential within them. CrossFit Edge is, in every sense, my second home and family. I love our training program. Our owner and coaches are amazing. And our members inspire me to be better just as much as they think I inspire them.
